This tour is private - only for your party, nobody else, to ensure the highest standards for our clients, and includes pickup and drop-off at you accommodation or port in Taormina area, Catania or Messina.

The owners of the dairy will make for you a tour of the estate and tell you some secrets of cheese production. Then you will sit at a beautiful veranda surrounded by orange, lemon, olive and almond trees, and taste many different types of locally produced organic Sicilian cheeses - pecorino, ricotta, caciocavallo, scamorza, mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola, and other organic food produced on the farm with Etna red and white wines.
